Emergency Response Systems

CHN’s Emergency Response Systems provide peace of mind for you and those who care about you – anytime, 24-hours a day. The Response Center’s trained staff monitors calls 24-hours a day. They will contact family, friends, neighbors or emergency services as needed. A call for help is never left un-answered! You may choose from our waterproof necklace or wristband pendant.

Programmable Medication Dispensers

Medication mismanagement is one of the biggest reasons people end up in the Emergency Room or hospital. CHN offers a lockable, programmable medication dispenser for dry medication use. Medications are dispensed at set times and an audible alarm and/or flashing light alerts you when it is time to take your medications.

Medical Supplies

CHN maintains an extensive inventory of medical supplies in our office for immediate use. Any
additional supplies are usually obtainable within one working day. Your nurse will inform you of
what supplies are covered by your insurance.

Medical Equipment

Your nurse or therapist will assist you in contacting your equipment supplier of choice to obtain oxygen, hospital beds, wheelchairs, commodes, walkers, canes, raised toilet seats, grab bars, etc. to be delivered directly to your home. That supplier will bill your insurance or you depending on your coverage.
